Bent Electrical Contractors completed the core and shell electrical scope for Assembly Row Block 2, delivering the primary infrastructure required to support a multi-tenant commercial building within this high-profile mixed-use development.
The scope included installation of the main electrical service, distribution equipment, feeders, branch circuitry, life safety systems, and coordination with other trades to ensure the building was delivered ready for tenant occupancy. Our team worked closely with the general contractor and project partners to maintain schedule alignment and meet performance expectations for a fast-paced urban project.
In addition to the base building work, BEC completed the tenant fit-out for the LEGO Land space. This scope included power distribution, lighting systems, specialty equipment connections, and coordination to support the unique operational requirements of an interactive entertainment environment.
