Assembly Row Block 5 – Puma Building

Bent Electrical Contractors completed the core and shell electrical scope for Assembly Row Block 5, a Class A commercial office building located within the Assembly Row mixed-use development in Somerville, Massachusetts.The project included installation of the primary electrical service, main switchgear, and building-wide power distribution infrastructure. BEC constructed all core risers, electrical rooms, and base building systems designed to support future tenant fit-outs and long-term operational flexibility. Scope also included emergency power infrastructure, fire alarm backbone systems, and common area lighting. The project required tight coordination with the general contractor, utility provider, and multiple trades to meet schedule milestones and deliver a scalable, reliable electrical backbone for future occupants.
