Bent Electrical Contractors completed the core and shell electrical infrastructure supporting two high-profile restaurant tenants at Assembly Row. The project required robust service capacity, strategic load planning, and disciplined coordination to prepare the base building for complex tenant fit-outs. Scope of work included service entrance equipment, distribution panels, landlord feeders to tenant demising points, emergency lighting systems, fire alarm backbone, and exterior and site lighting. Electrical rooms were constructed to support long-term flexibility and future tenant demands.
