Bent Electrical Contractors completed the core and shell electrical infrastructure supporting two high-profile restaurant tenants at Assembly Row. The project required robust service capacity, strategic load planning, and disciplined coordination to prepare the base building for complex tenant fit-outs. Scope of work included service entrance equipment, distribution panels, landlord feeders to tenant demising points, emergency lighting systems, fire alarm backbone, and exterior and site lighting. Electrical rooms were constructed to support long-term flexibility and future tenant demands. The infrastructure was designed to accommodate high-demand commercial kitchen loads, HVAC systems, and specialty restaurant equipment while maintaining scalability for evolving tenant requirements. This project highlights BEC’s ability to deliver reliable, scalable electrical infrastructure for mixed-use retail environments, setting the foundation for efficient tenant build-outs and long-term operational performance.
