Bent Electrical Contractors completed the core and shell electrical scope for Boynton Yards Building 1, a ground-up life science and office facility in Somerville. The project included installation of the primary electrical service, switchgear, distribution systems, emergency power infrastructure, and base building lighting throughout the structure. Engineered to support high-demand laboratory and office tenants, the building required significant electrical capacity, detailed coordination with structural and mechanical trades, and disciplined execution within a dense urban redevelopment site. BEC delivered a scalable, tenant-ready electrical backbone designed to support future laboratory fit-outs and long-term operational reliability.
